The Borrego Art Institute Pottery program is offering a wheel throwing workshop taught by Borrego Ceramic Artist; JACK SIMS
If you have ever said “I wish I was better at wheel throwing”, this is your opportunity.
Dedicate yourself to increasing your throwing skills so that you can develop enhanced control over centering, opening up the mound, pulling up a cylinder or shaping a bowl.
Previous throwing experience is a plus, but motivated beginners are welcomed.

Provided: Tools and materials. (Bring an apron or clothes you can get clay on)
Location: At The Pottery Studio, behind Borrego High School, under the blue canopy. Off of Cahuilla Rd. between the gymnasium and the football field, next to the pool.
